Quality Reports
Certificate of Conformance
We will issue a certificate of conformance that an order has been shipped according to the required specification. Quality reports are available for injection molding, die-casting, stamping, and CNC machining processes.
Material Certificates
Material certificates verify the composition of raw materials purchased. This document is generated by the materials supplier and is available with stamping, die-casting, CNC machining, and injection molding manufacturing.
Dimensional Report
Dimensional reports furnish information about the essential dimensions of parts. These parts are randomly chosen from the production area and are inspected and checked with respect to allowed tolerances.
RoHS Report
Our RoHS report confirms that no hazardous substances are used in the material or any of its finished products, this report applies to the CNC machining manufacturing process, ensuring to provide environmentally products.

Parts Verification Program

Our parts verification program is a standard procedure for CNC manufacturing projects. It is an upgraded first article inspection and is available for CNC machining projects with a minimum individual part quantity of 100 units.
Under this program, we will ship two sets of parts to the customer for testing. Upon approval, the project will proceed to production. Design changes can be easily made at this stage by submitting a modified drawing to us. However, if the changes are extensive, the modification will increase the price.

Our production facility features dedicated workshops equipped with first-class equipment for meticulous inspections, facilitating our strict quality control protocols.



High Performance 2D Image
It generally refers to a 2D digital image optimized for speed, quality, and efficiency in rendering, processing, or display.

Hardness Tester
A Hardness Tester is a device used to measure the hardness of materials, typically metals, plastics, and rubber. It determines a material’s resistance to deformation, indentation, or scratching.

Surface Roughness Tester
It quantifies irregularities and deviations from a perfectly smooth surface, helping to determine manufacturing quality and functional performance.

Three Dimensional
Three-Dimensional (3D) refers to objects or spaces that have width, height, and depth, giving them volume and a realistic appearance.

Digital Micrometer
It features a digital display that provides exact readings, eliminating the need to interpret a vernier or dial scale.

Laser Marking Machine
It is widely used for engraving, etching, and branding in industries like manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, and electronics.
